Colombian Food Truck

Well Grace and I decided not to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with the masses this year by getting an adequate Mexican lager and sticking a lime in it.  We rebelled against the Holiday all together by getting some Columbus Brewing Company IPA from our local carry-out.  For food we went south of the south of the border by going to the Colombian Food truck parked in the carry-out's parking lot.  They have a mean spicy aji sauce!  To go with their exceptional condiment we each got an arepa, a baleada, and I polished off the meal with an asada taco.  Simple and wonderful.

The plantains on the other hand... not so good.
